....cut two small squares of plywood, staple pieces cut from old 1 1/2-2" inner tunes to them on one side. Find a piece of allthread or a very long bolt, drill holes in the plywood and cut small entry holes in the rubber gasketing you stapled to it. Use nuts and fender washers (with rubber washers cut from the same old inner tube) to clamp the rubber gasketed plywood over the BB shell holes. Works fine.
