[MENTION=146847]Raptor1956[/MENTION] I ride for fitness and cardio. Target weights are okay as a ball-park goal, but they don't tell the whole fitness story. Assuming you feel good and strong, I would keep doing what you've been doing for another three months and then figure on where ever you are as your new normal.
