question though. The inflation recommendation is 87-120psi. I normally ride at about 80 on the rear and 75 up front, any problems with doing this?
I assume you're running them tubeless, right? Vittoria is an odd bird with their sidewall pressure ratings. Regular with tubes Corsa Controls I think are 100-145psi. Not sure but maybe they feel that their cotton tires want or need a bit more pressure than most tires for sidewall support and/or optimum speeds/rolling resistance.
