Love the fenders, hate the company. Over a year ago I ordered fenders direct from them online because LAB members can get free shipping, I got the order with some hardware missing. I emailed 3 times in two weeks and never got a reply. I phoned customer service at least 5 or 6 times and got busy signals except for once when I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then was cutoff. Finally I said "F" them and disputed the charge on my credit card and wrote Planet Bike a letter explaining why. I never heard back from Planet Bike and they didn't contest the charge back. I kept what they had sent and I ordered another pair from Bikeman.
They may get props for advocacy, but thier attitude towards consumers suck.
