I agree with you...I have the same problem. And when I come in from a ride hungry....I'm always thinking of carbs or sugar to satiate me, never healthy stuff. I weighed 130lbs when I had my heart attack six years ago and looked great for my age...but almost died because my cholesterol was sky high.
