I just got this from the previous owner and thought I'd share. Bikes like this have their own journey. I'm excited to be part of whatever's next for this one.
I hope you enjoy the bike it’s been with me for 25 years. I bought two bikes 1 Italian and the Shula. The Italian was all Campy and the Shula was Shimano 105. So I switched components and sold the Italian bike as it didn’t fit me. I lived in Berkeley at the time and visited the Shula bike shop often. The Shula that you bought was from a meth dealer to the Hells Angels and he got it on a “trade”. I’ve ridden and loved this bike for years and thought you’d like to know its history.
