Yes! Shimano also released a "hybrid" pedal a couple years ago with clipless on one side and platform on the other. It's the SPD EH500 model. I use those on my bikes because I like wearing sneakers when I ride with my kids. Thankfully, they're weighted in a way that they will stay in the position you stopped in, which I believe was an issue with the cover ones that you have there.
