I've found i've needed to do the same thing, manually send the ride from my Elemnt app to RWGPS, even though it's linked. This started maybe a month or so ago after a year of working fine. Odd. (on another tangent, i wish there was a way to name a ride in one app, and have the name reflected on all other linked apps, plus the upload of photos ie. Strava/RWGPS/Elemnt)
