It's in France, along the eurovelo 6 route.
Look it up, it's a really nice route. We biked it across France, from the Atlantic to Switzerland. Follows la Loire river, some canal systems, and some other river I can't recall name of.
Ample campgrounds, hotels, b and b's.
Wonderful wonderful trip.
Mostly flat too.
