Lloyds Decals have plenty of decals for your Raleigh. They offer a very good service,
Double lettered serial numbers in the UK are for a decade later but in North America it might be different. I would suggest having both frt and rear hubs the same date means the age of the frame is the same - if not earlier.
Every aspect of the bike is rebuildable. That was the philosophy behind these bikes - dismantle, clean, repack with grease / oil and go for another ten years and then repeat.
