"Breath rights"? Are those the nose strips? Never tried one but noticed a few people wearing them. Do you notice much of a difference? I noticed in photos I have my mouth hanging open.
Probably not the best thing to do as it probably dries you out as well? Maybe the "breath rights" will help with that?
Yes they are the nose strips and they probably don't help at all but I do it anyway because you just never know
