It's a completely unanswerable question.

The answer depends on each individual frame and the history from how it was originally fabricated to how it has been handled thru the years.

Something left outside for 25 years straight then toured on might work great or might rust thru at a joint.
Something kept indoors for 25 years when not in use and cleaned sometimes will perform just as reliably as when it was new.
