Tour comments described these rides as family friendly, so I wouldn't think they'd be hard. Maybe very boring? I'd call my own mtb experience as low-intermediate -- have ridden intermediate downhills at Mammoth and Beech Mtn in NC, but nothing remotely gnarly.

We definitely plan on hiking Arches and other parks in Utah, but will think twice about riding in Moab. It'll be a game day decision!!
