Mine also internal cable routing with two holes at the center of the top of the top tube, with full length guide tube for the cable housing. I see photos with a couple of different styles of cable routing.
And single point chromed lugs on the head tube.
I don't really know about dating the Conic SLX from the lugs used in construction of the frames but the lugs used in the construction for the Conic SLX's did change from what I can see. The Conic SLX found in the Bulgier - Colnago 88 catalogue has the lovely 3 point lugs with the 'apostrophe' cutouts and my Conic SLX was imported into Australia in 1991 directly from the Colnago workshops and has the plainer single point lugs. Personally, I think the lugs can give a hint as to the construction period.
I also think the paint schemes for these frames can be quite unique. I have a seriously concerning attraction to all things Colnago and I have only ever seen one other Colnago painted with a similar style to my Conic SLX and that was a track frame and I know mine was a factory paint scheme.
I have always admired your frame as it is a similar coloured paint scheme to one of my other bikes - it always captures my attention.
