When I took them apart a couple years ago, there was some light corrosion at the spoke holes, but just a bit of dust, no pitting. Brake track is almost perfect -- I'm not a hard braker. Perfectly serviceable and not ugly beyond their nature. Don't like them, will never use them, and don't want them -- hopefully, somebody feels differently.
