Let me just add that Schwinn never screwed their round Paramount head badges in with Philips head screws. They are always flat bladed unless replaced.

I've never seen a Paramount after about 1983 with a round head badge. Beginning in '83 Waterford used decals on the head tube.

Where the stays join the rear drop outs, the brazing does not look to be either Schwinn Chicago or Waterford to my eye.
