I'm guessing on this bike that it should be 40-50mm. If [MENTION=413240]francophile[/MENTION] is accurate on his photoshopped line, you're way under that.

The frame or bike needs to be as square to a flat surface as possible to do an accurate guesstimate from a photo... like this on my touring bike:



Most cameras and cell phones default to the wide angle lens setting which introduces a lot of distortion; especially around the periphery of the picture also when the camera is not perpendicular to the ground as in tilting to take in the whole scene.
