And there's something about all the noise at the track when things get going. Controlled chaos.
No doubt, that's when the blood starts to get pumping. The few hours before though were very zen for me. The only other time that it got quiet for me was the 15min before we rolled out. I'd sit in my car and just block out the world, total silence, and just roll through the start and the first few laps in my head.
