Glue 'em on the rims and spin the wheel. Adjust, spin, adjust, spin. The tires bond to the rims and the rider bonds with the bike. I cant imagine trusting anyone else to glue my tires, then too I cant imagine anyone else adjusting anything on my bike. Too intimate a bond...bike and rider.
