I found a Trek 2300 with Shimano 105 one time at a pawn shop. I had a friend looking for a road bike and he said he'd go over the next day to look at it. I told him right then and there, "either you buy it now or I'm buying it now. Which is it?". I'd been through the "should have bought it when you saw it regrets too many times before". He ended up getting it and still has it to this day. It's a gorgeous thing!
