If you regularly wear out those cogs first, the 17-19-21 carrier might be worth getting before your next full replacement. If you don't find yourself using the 27T, consider switching to a 12-25 that would give you an 18T to help spread out the wear.

But I wouldn't replace based on noise alone. Wait until it skips or shifting degrades.
