Sure. There are little surface imperfections here and there in the finished product but you really have to look for them. I'm not that picky. I give the existing paint a quick sand and rub it down with paint thinner. To start gloss enamel has amazing flow properties. So even if you put the paint on haphazardly it all kinda levels flows out when it dries. To get even better glow add a little paint thinner to the paint. Put on super thin coats with a 1/2 inch artist brush. Three coats is usually about all you need. On this project I simply cut around the decals. And being white over white the coverage was excellent.
