Training Status: Tired. Hit my hours for the week and ended things suuuuper tired yesterday and Saturday. On the flip side, my legs rose to the occasion again and again and I had more to give at the end of yesterday's team ride - at the time I wanted to hammer more. Glad I didn't because I was just freakin' spent yesterday after I got home.
This week will be ~8 hrs of mostly easy pedaling exclusively on the TT bike and MTB, then back at it next week.
