That is dry weight. You want it filled with oil and gas. That brings it up to 564 pounds. The heads up display unit will add a few pounds as well, and I assume you will have bags and a water bottle cage.
Don't forget the 50 pounds of speakers needed to make it properly conspicuous. No window unrattled, I always say.
