Front hubs can use 13 or 15mm cone wrenches on the cone and 17mm wrenches on the lock nut. Most of the newer hubs use 15mm wrenches. This hub, however, seems to use a 5mm Allen wrench on the axle and a 17mm wrench on the lock nut to minimize tool needs. You could probably use a 17mm box wrench on it.

Just physically remove the grease with a rag. No need to strip it out with a solvent.

Yes, you just remove the cones without taking the wheel apart. It makes little sense to have to rebuild the wheel just to change the grease on the bearings.

There are some that might benefit from regreasing. Those are probably not Shimano nor very expensive. For this hub, there should be no need to regrease the hub. Shimano's are well greased from the factory.
