Yeah, I totally take it with a grain of salt and just kind of use it as visual stimulation and a way to do something instead of stare at the wall. Or learn to pace TT races or other stuff.

Some of the asian accounts are ludicrous. Although, we have real folks on our Zwift "club" or "team" that are 100kg and have 20min powers of 400w. For some reason I find the 400w part questionable even if the 100kg part is correct. I've never in my life seen a real person in the real world that's 220lb and puts out 400w for 20min. Usually, that would be a track sprinter who can do 2500w but has an ftp of like 300w. Not a Fred. Sure it can happen, just weirdness though.
