The stem is weird & may turn off some buyers. Otherwise, it looks like a nice touring rig. Good luck trying to find a buyer. Try advertising it on several different platforms. Craigslist, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc. People are looking for a deal so, don't price it too high. It may be worth well over $500 but, you'll be lucky to get $350 for it. (It's a tough market for vintage bikes right now).
