Will there really be a problem getting the tabs on the disc on?

Assuming the spoke flange is around 55mm in diameter, the 3 tabs on the disc will be 57.6mm apart radially. On a 32 spoke hub, 10 spokes will be 54mm apart. 11 spokes will be 59.4mm apart.
57.6 - 54 = 3.6mm
59.4 - 57.6 = 1.8mm

The tabs may touch the 11th spoke on either side, but it's just plastic and is flexible. You could try aligning the disc so that the tab is catching on a spoke head, and not on an elbow.
