Has anyone ridden the 280mi (or longer) Selkirk loop through parts of BC, WA and Idaho?

I want to do more cyclotouring and I think this would be great place to start. I would like to know more about your experience on the loop. I have explored the entire western 1/2 and all but the BC side of the eastern 1/2 by car but never on my bike.
