Bikes: '85 Le tour Luxe, Puch Mixtie, Raleigh Gran Sport, Mystery Machine

Could be an Emblem Bicycle Co. (Angola, NY) Crank on your lady's bike. Which would possibly make it an Emblem built Elgin. Might be "rare." Maybe some other members with more knowledge will chime in soon.
