I should not talk, though. My default breakfast is a greek yogurt (lately 2% Chobani Strawberry-Banana) and a banana. May need to switch to something more nut-based to get lower carbs.
Lots of absolute carbs, but there's also a fair amount of fiber to mitigate the glycemic load. I've experimented a bit and find that a small amount fills me up for a few hours. I eat greek yogurt too, mainly for dessert. I go plain and full fat for better taste, increased satiety, and lower carb load. I like a sprinkle of unsweetened muesli and a few prunes or raisins.
