I did some fake miles in the basement today before I came into work. My stupid internet feed/signal dropped me 4 times in the hour, so for 4 times I had to dial it up to 300W for 20 seconds to get back with the group. I accept this technological snafu since I can't control or fix it, and consider it a random fartlek.
