Edit: BB has April 1980 date code, which fits well with Portacatena era, so frame is probaly circa 1981. +1 on it being a Martens frame. Not sure about that fork, though. Suspect it might be a replacement.

Shimano decal also likely original, as the Belgians were early European adopters. Flandria gave Shimano their first TdF stage win in 1973, I believe.

Nice frame, BTW. These were well-regarded by the local racing crowd BITD, I've been told. €100 seems quite reasonable to me.
