I'm looking at this bike again. Something looks off where the fork comes out of the bottom headset race. It looks like the fork steerer tube might be bent. It could be the angle of the photo. Please check it again for safety's sake.

Edit: Looking again on a bigger monitor. I think it's just the angle of the photo. Tough to tell. Look right where the fork exits the bottom of the headset. I can't tell if the angle is off some or not. I think it's ok.
