Agreed, the pics I posted were pre test ride. I have since lowered the stem as far as that one I have on there will allow. the extra cm of a 130mm will give me the perfect reach. It's not just spacers, I think a fat threadless stem takes away from the sleek lines of vintage frame front ends.
