The pic looks like it shows the headset may not have been installed correctly into the head tube of the frame. Looks like I can see bearings, and that the bearing retainer ring is bent.. Is the fork wobbly? Get that to the shop and have it corrected. If it is a loose headset, you don't want to be riding it.
