What a wonderful bike and seems to have all of the "extra" bits that frequently have rotted away by now such as brake hoods, rubber on the brake levers and rubber on the shifters. Garage queen comes to mind. But sadly, I agree with bikemig that it likely would bring more return in parting out. As-is maybe $180 to $200 in my market and up to $250.00 fixed up, assuming you have time to wait.
