Find the saddle that works for you, what "sex" is on the label of the saddle really shouldn't matter. I need a big cut out, I don't know why but I do women saddles that I've tried tend to be more accommodative in this regard. I've ridden a woman's saddle or two and one of them was a pretty good fit. I'm going through another round of pick the saddle and have a few coming from amazon so I can sit on them and figure it out. Point being, try a few, who cares about what they're labeled the question is do they work for you.
