Some will have replacement dérailleurs that can have value.

Relatively long list but not a lot of money. Now a $10 UO8 is pretty much always worth it just for the headset.

in the world of lower end French parts bikes, I typically do better with Motobecanes as they more often liked Japanese parts, and often had Swiss bottom brackets.
I bought a UO 9 for $45 recently to scavenge parts but that has a cotterless crank and much better derailleurs than the UO 8/UE 8.
