check your tire pressure. Shops tend to over-inflate wider tires(32mm). I'd go with about 60psi as a max if you aren't well over 200lbs.
Great input. In fact, when I went in to pick it up, although it was already built, they did a couple of things (e.g. I asked them to remove the dork disc). I asked about tire pressure. They said max rating is 70psi. While it was in the stand the tech checked the tires.
"Oops!........one of them was over 70!" is what he said.
