The Geo is pretty similar. Without looking at a Geo chart, looks like the Jamis top tube slopes down more by the seat tube, so it might be more comfortable to ride.
Couldnt find a frame weight on the all City, but based on the complete weight, I think the Jamis is a little lighter too.
$450 is a LOT for an awesome paint job. Form over function a little bit there. The all City is like a piece of art.
