Looks triangular to me. that alone isn't something commonly seen, particularly on a low end bike. Paint fades, humans install decals crooked and they sit in the sun. personally I don't know someone would go through the trouble to counterfeit a bike worth <$500, especially when paint & decals alone will set you back $100.
