If it's anything like a Shimano cartridge bb, that LH side is interference fit. It should slide off so you can install the RH side.
You might fashion a puller with a bench vise. Position the jaws until they're narrower than the cup but wider than the bracket, and see if a little parallel pressure keeps it from binding up while you slide the cartridge out. Lube won't hurt, either.
