I've always had good luck with Shimano shoes, these are like my 5th pair. They are always a little on the long side but fit me great width wise. I also have a pair of white ones ordered. Hope they are as comfortable as these black ones.
If you have any local shops that carry Lake, you should check them out. They're one of the few that actually make wider lasts for their wider shoes, rather than just having more generous uppers to let your foot spill over the sides of their standard lasts. If you don't have a local Lake shop, their online measurement instructions are pretty spot-on, too. Some good deals on certain models right now, too.
