The OP's bike probably meets the description of "pearl red", though the International in the MC catalog is advertised as having R 531 tubeset. If OP is interested, I can post the page.

google search for Raleigh International 1985 images only turns up Grand Prix, 1985 Team Raleighs, and 71-76 Internationals.
The Japanese Raleigh Internationals with Reynolds 531 was the Mk II version. In 1982 Ti-Raleigh licensed the USA rights to Huffy, who created the Raleigh Cycle Company of America. A number of already manufactured Japanese International Mk II and Competition frames were caught in limbo. Huffy did not take them, probably because they did not fit the new corporate image they were creating. Consequently, the frames were liquidated though Michael's Cyclery. Advertisements were created in late 1982 and placed in industry periodicals, with frames selling for $269.00 US, versus a $369.00 S MSRP. The frames did not sell out as quickly as anticipated and advertisements continued to run through 1984 at decreasing prices. Based on CW's experience, this obviously extended in 1985.Attached Images
