Seems the theft market is up. Someone just stole my buddy's rusty Motobecane Mirage singlespeed conversion from outside his apartment. It wasn't even a nice singlespeed conversion, just a BMX freewheel screwed onto the original 27" wheels (probably English fw onto French hub), crummy tires, turkey levers. Normally you couldn't
give such a bike away. That thief got what was coming, though - trying to ride or sell that bike!
