1979 Trek 510 parts bin build

I picked up a 1979 Trek 510 a while back. It's a great bike with a full Ishiwata 022 frameset. The bike was low temp silver brazed. The bike was in good shape. It's time to build it up. I'll keep the derailleurs (nothing wrong with suntour) but the wheels, crank, shifters, headset, pedals, and brakes will all be replaced. Basically I'm just keeping the original front and rear derailleurs, seatpost, and saddle. I'll try to use period correct parts and build the bike up with 3 x 5 gearing. This is going to be a completely parts bin build.

I've stripped it down to the frame (the weight is very good at 6.2 lbs with headset). The paint is in good shape but there are some major scratches on the downtube I'll need to deal with.
