Yeah, there's some people who subscribe to "Weston A. Price" and his high animal fat diet.
I try to just eat fish and eggs as far as meat. Meat to me is something I'd like to eat less of, kind of like candy or chips, but I'm not strict enough. I have done the "raw food" thing before, and lots of raw juicing.
It's a lot of work, and hard to maintain.
Beet and carrot juice...mmmm (I'm serious). Avocados as some mentioned are another favorite.
