I have been trying to find some solutions for a bracket to mount a front headlight as centrally as possible on my handlebar, with little success.

While browsing the Trek website, I came across this image of a handlebar mounted light.


Its on the product page for the Trek Dual Sport 4.

What is this part that comes right off the stem and mounts the light centrally on the handlebar?
