I'm just going on what I've googled. The first link referenced the ParkPre and the history of that company says Cozy was involved in many bike ventures. Where do you live? What are your plans for it? The bikes are nice all terrain and utility riders. Since these were pretty common bikes, I wouldn't pay a whole lot for it.
